Kitchen's Choice takes care of the service and processes orders. By placing orders via our website, you are automatically linked and bound to sales conditions. If you do not agree with our conditions, please do not place an order.
Purchasing:
Purchases made on our website are permitted only to persons over the age of majority or legal age in their respective territories. To make a purchase, you must create an account with valid information. Kitchen's Choice reserves the right at our discretion to cancel or refuse any order or purchase requisition for any reason, or if the information provided at time of order is not valid.
Price:
The prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars or US dollars (depending on the section or feature of the website) before taxes and shipping fees, delivery fees, handling fees or any other fee. The price is payable in full in one payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian or US dollars corresponding to the dollars (CAD/USD) of the said order. Taxes and all costs (shipping and handling) of the order are your responsibility. Taxes are applied according to provincial and federal legislation corresponding to the address provided at time of order.
Payment:
Orders placed on our website www.kitchenschoice.com must be paid by credit card and/or gift cards only. Payment is due immediately with the order. We accept American Express, VISA, and MASTERCARD. Payments by check are not allowed. You authorize Kitchen's Choice to charge you the total amount of the order including all taxes, handling fees, shipping, delivery and other applicable fees. In the event that your payment can not be validated, Kitchen's Choice has no obligation or responsibility to deliver or process your order.
Delivery:
Purchases made on our website can be shipped to Canada or the United States, so when ordering a valid US or Canadian address must be provided. A reasonable time must be allocated and allowed for the treatment of orders for products that are in stock in our warehouses. Kitchen's Choice is not held responsible for late delivery or rupture of stock at one of our suppliers or delays caused by the carrier.

Manufacturer Warranties:
The products sold by Kitchen's Choice are produced most of the time by other companies. If a warranty exists on the product, you will have to contact the manufacturer of the product to take advantage of the guarantee/warranty (if applicable).
Availability:
If a product is no longer available or is no longer in stock, Kitchen's Choice is not obliged to process the order and you are not forced to pay for this product of that order which is not in stock in our warehouse.
Information Products:
Kitchen's Choice does not guarantee that the information about a product is accurate. Errors or omissions may occur. In case a price, description, information, detail, stock quantity or any other information is incorrect or omitted, Kitchen's Choice reserves the right at its discretion to cancel your order or to refuse the order for this product. You will be informed of any refusal or cancellation of your order from us if the product information is incorrect or if the price is not correct.
Change:
Kitchen's Choice may change the terms and conditions of sale present when desired and apply them via our website. The change will apply to all orders placed after the date of change.
